The location close to city centre was nice.

Got a nice size and well stocked room with balcony when arrived, truly enjoyed that. The hotel's location was very central, right next to the lake. And it was also near many popular attractions, and the center of Hanoi.

We loved this hip new hotel, no complains at all. The room was reasonably sized and brand-new and the view of the Hoan Kiem lake was wonderful. It was in a perfect and incredible location close to a traditional water puppet theater. This venue was in a busy area just next door to Ha Long bay, resteaurants, bars and coffee shops and Ha Noi center.

The value for money at Trang Trang Premium Hotel was great, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, with the market nearby, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Food for breakfast could have been better with more variety and options.

beautiful building and rooms on the lower floors. location near the night market, lake and awesome food places, ha long bay and other places, and restaurants. also, in the center of the old quarter. cool drinks at roof top bar, good service. the speedy check-in process too.

The room was stocked and brand-new, with a sweeping view of the Hoan Kiem lake. Nice decor of the room, it had gates.

The staff was very helpful and incredibly attentive, so I would return there. The hotel was wonderful little and special, nevertheless I stayed for 1 night only. I loved the location in an absolutely perfect setting in between the adventures. Generally the service was good, the room was a nice size and well stocked with a balcony, very good breakfast plus modern furnishings.

The property's location is very convenience, adjacent to resteaurants, bars and coffee shops, and centre of the old quarters. Hoan Kiem district is worth looking into. The room is stocked and new-fashioned, the staff are very friendly people with very good manner.

The rooms are clean and cozy, offering beautiful views of Hanoi. The location is unbeatable, as it is centrally located and within walking distance to all the key sights and attractions of the Old Quarter.

The staff are best and the breakfast is rich. Plus, the location is nice, minutes from Temple of the Jade Mountain. And it's set in a wonderful area very close to restaurants, street food and beer street and Hoan Kiem Lake amazing.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect, right in the center of the bustling city. It was so convenient to explore all the attractions and markets nearby. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful view from my room on the lower floors. It was a great way to start my day. The included breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of fresh fruits and delicious options to choose from.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were great!
